How to Order Tickets
ORDERING SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS online
A season subscription is four concerts for the price of three (a $30 discount). A season subscriber receives tickets to all four concerts of the season and gains access to reserved seating at every concert. Season subscriptions are available from July through October.
To order a season subscription, click the link below. You will be taken to a new page where you can order the number of season subscriptions you desire and then proceed to checkout. Your tickets will be immediately emailed to you and will include a scannable QR code. You may print them and bring them to the concert or if you prefer, you can simply bring your mobile device to the concert, and the QR code will be scanned directly from your device by one of our ushers.
Ordering single concert tickets online
Select “Purchase Tickets” button found below each concert description either from the main landing page for the next concert of the season or the Upcoming Concerts page which lists all concerts. This will take you to the Bach Society of Dayton Store. Next:
Select the concert you would like to attend.
Choose the type of tickets you would like to order by selecting Add to Cart.
From the Shopping Cart you may select “Edit Cart” under the “Checkout” button to edit the number of each type of ticket.
When you are satisfied with the type and number of tickets shown, press the orange “Checkout” button.
Follow the prompts and click the “Complete your order and go to Payment” where you will provide your payment method.
Your tickets will be emailed to you. You will receive 2 emails—a receipt, followed by the tickets in a second email containing a PDF attachment.
You may print your tickets or simply bring your phone to the concert, open the email and show the ticket QR code in the PDF attachment to the usher.

If you order a livestream ticket, you will receive an email with a link to access the live stream. (The link is typically emailed within 24 hours.)
ORDERING TICKETS THROUGH THE MAIL
Write a check for the total amount of your order, list the subscriptions and concerts on the check (so we know which concerts you’d like to attend), and make the check payable to Bach Society of Dayton.

TICKET DISCOUNTS
If you are a student or actively serving in the military, you are eligible for discounted tickets. If you order student or active military tickets, we ask to see your ID card at the concert.
If you have a Culture Works Passport or WYSO Member Card, you are eligible for buy-one-get-one-free tickets (two tickets for the price of one). This offer is only valid when you order tickets in multiples of two. If you are a Discover Classical, Dayton Art Institute, or International Peace Museum member, please enter your discount code provided by your member organization at checkout online or provide the code when buying tickets at the door.
