How to order tickets
RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS
If you ordered tickets to a single concert, your tickets will be available at Will Call at the concert.
If you ordered tickets to multiple concerts, each of your tickets will be available at Will Call at each concert.
If you ordered season tickets, each of your tickets will be available at the Season Ticket table at each concert. At your first concert of a season, you will receive a Subscribers pass to access reserved seating.
If you ordered a live stream ticket, you will receive an email with a link to access the live stream.
ORDERING SEASON TICKETS online
A season subscription is four concerts for the price of three (a $30 discount). A season subscriber receives tickets to all four concerts of the season and gains access to reserved seating at every concert. Season subscriptions are available from June until the first concert of a season.
Choose the number of tickets you would like to order by pressing the up or down arrows underneath “Quantity”.
When you are satisfied with the type and number of tickets shown, press “Add to Cart.”
Each of your tickets will be available at the Season Ticket table at each concert. At your first concert of a season, you will receive a Subscribers pass to access reserved seating.
Ordering concert tickets online
Select “Buy Tickets” from the “Tickets” menu to see all available ticket items.
Choose the type of tickets you would like to order by pressing the “Select Ticket Type” menu and selecting a ticket type.
Choose the number of tickets you would like to order by pressing the up or down arrows underneath “Quantity.”
When you are satisfied with the type and number of tickets shown, press “Add to Cart.”
You may order tickets for different concerts and different ticket types by adding them to your cart separately.
Your tickets will be available at Will Call at the concert. If you ordered tickets for multiple concerts, each of your tickets will be available at Will Call at each concert.
ORDERING concert TICKETS THROUGH THE MAIL
Calculate the total for the season subscriptions and/or concert tickets you would like to order.
Write a check for the total amount and make it payable to Bach Society of Dayton.
Indicate how many subscriptions you would like to order and/or how many tickets you would like to order for each concert.
Send your check to Bach Society of Dayton, 126 North Main Street, Suite 210, Dayton OH 45402.

TICKET DISCOUNTS
If you are a student or actively serving in the military, you are eligible for discounted tickets. If you order student or active military tickets, we ask to see your ID card at the concert.
If you have a Culture Works Passport or a WYSO Member Card, you are eligible for buy-one-get-one-free tickets (two tickets for the price of one). This offer is only valid when you order tickets in multiples of two. If you order Culture Works or WYSO tickets, we ask to see your discount card at the concert. Culture Works and WYSO discounts are not available for the Sweet Sounds of the Holidays concert.
