How to Order Tickets

ORDERING SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS online

A season subscription is four concerts for the price of three (a $30 discount). A season subscriber receives tickets to all four concerts of the season and gains access to reserved seating at every concert. Season subscriptions are available from July through October.

To order a season subscription, click the link below. You will be taken to a new page where you can order the number of season subscriptions you desire and then proceed to checkout. Your tickets will be immediately emailed to you and will include a scannable QR code. You may print them and bring them to the concert or if you prefer, you can simply bring your mobile device to the concert, and the QR code will be scanned directly from your device by one of our ushers.

Ordering single concert tickets online

Select “Buy Tickets” from the “Tickets” menu to see all available ticket items.

Choose the type of tickets you would like to order by pressing the “Select Ticket Type” menu and selecting a ticket type.
Choose the number of tickets you would like to order by pressing the arrows underneath “Quantity.”
When you are satisfied with the type and number of tickets shown, press “Add to Cart.”
You may order tickets for different concerts and different ticket types by adding them to your cart separately.

If you order single concert tickets, your tickets will be in Will Call at each concert.
If you order a live stream ticket, you will receive an email with a link to access the live stream. (The link is typically emailed within 24 hours.)

ORDERING TICKETS THROUGH THE MAIL

Write a check for the total amount of your order, list the subscriptions and concerts on the check (so we know which concerts you’d like to attend), and make the check payable to Bach Society of Dayton.
Send your check to Bach Society of Dayton, 126 North Main Street, Suite 210, Dayton OH 45402.

If you order a season subscription before October 1, your tickets will be mailed to you. If you order a season subscription after October 1, your tickets will be available at your first concert of the season.

If you order single concert tickets, your tickets will be in Will Call at each concert.

TICKET DISCOUNTS

If you are a student or actively serving in the military, you are eligible for discounted tickets. If you order student or active military tickets, we ask to see your ID card at the concert.

If you have a Culture Works Passport or a WYSO Member Card, you are eligible for buy-one-get-one-free tickets (two tickets for the price of one). This offer is only valid when you order tickets in multiples of two. If you order Culture Works or WYSO tickets, we ask to see your discount card at the concert.
